Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our medical equipment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers. Previous experience in medical equipment sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and related products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical equipment sales is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage (if field sales is required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare industry practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
