Full job description

As our first dedicated Content Creator, you'll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of digital storytelling across all platforms. Your mission? Translate complex engineering and cutting-edge manufacturing into engaging, human-centered content for global audiences. No bureaucracy. Just a small, creative team and a very big impact. Plus, you'll get to film flying yachts and advanced air vehicles. Yes, really.

What You'll Do:
Content Production

  • Capture and edit high-quality content, including factory operations, product highlights, events, and company culture.
  • Deliver premium photo and video content for social media, websites, and online stores.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for multiple sub brands.
  • Write engaging captions and promotional copy.
  • Stay current with social media trends and implement them effectively.

Team Collaboration

  • Report directly to the CEO, ensuring fast feedback and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Officer, Graphic Designer, engineers, and production teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between company facilities and project sites.
  • Strong creativity, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable presenting directly to executive leadership.
  • Strong background in content creation or digital marketing, preferably within technology, engineering, industrial manufacturing, or luxury brands.
  • Advanced photography and videography skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition or similar editing software, with experience producing both short- and long-form video content.
  • Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate ideation, planning, and content development, while ensuring all final visual assets are captured and produced in-house to ENATA's quality standards.

Nice to Have:

  • Passion for aerospace, marine, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience capturing dynamic action footage.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
