Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Agent / Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site operations for upcoming construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and direct labor.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Enforce strict on-site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, plant equipment, and site logistics.
  • Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare progress reports and attend regular site coordination meetings.

What We Look For

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager, or Construction Manager.
  • Strong background in managing groundworks, structural, or general building works.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of site health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage budgets, project schedules, and sub-contractors effectively.
