Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our construction sites. Candidates with prior construction site security experience are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to handle situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol construction sites to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor surveillance systems and inspect property regularly.
• Verify the credentials of workers and visitors entering the site.
• Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to management.
• Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily logs and write detailed incident reports.

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License (where required).
• Prior experience in construction site security is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

Prior military, law enforcement, or construction industry experience.

First Aid/CPR certification.
