    • O Foundations, footings and ground beams.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures.
    • Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans.
    • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
    • * No previous construction experience required.
    • * Prepare work areas and keep construction sites clean and organized.
    • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
    • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in villa construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in residential building or villa construction.
    • Risk assessment and hazard control.
    • The construction of the complete gas systems on buildings, including;
    • Helping welders, technicians, foreman, and supervisors to achieve their tasks.
