Draftsman – High Rise Building / Luxury Hotel Construction Finishing Project

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for building and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction drawings and coordination with the site and engineering teams.

• Should have High Rise Buidling / Luxury Hotel Construction Experience in UAE.
• Should be Familiar with the as-built drawing procedures in Dubai;
• Proficient in preparing as-built drawings independently.
• Must have completed at least one finished hotel or office building project.
• Able to produce detailed construction drawings for civil reinforcement, structural and architectural works in accordance with the engineers’ instructions.
• Skilled in office software, AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings, shop, civil drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers for construction and submission purposes.
• Update drawings according to site changes and project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and technical documentation when required.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding drawing revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience as a Draftsman in High Rise Building and/or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, and building projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• UAE experience with Main Contractor is preferred.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of UAE experience in MEP & Civil drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2d & 3D), Revit Architecture, SketchUp, 3ds Max is mandatory.
• Project Handover experience is advantage.
