Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems and equipment within the store. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and day-to-day IT support for staff and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for computers, POS systems, printers, scanners, and other store devices (e.g., barcode scanners, card readers).
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues.
  • Coordinate with central IT for escalations and resolutions.
  • Assist store staff with email, applications, and system access.
  • Maintain IT inventory and use remote support tools (e.g., Any Desk, TeamViewer).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of IT support/helpdesk experience (retail experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and store devices (printers, scanners, barcode readers, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
