Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on PC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling custom PCs, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring every machine that leaves our shop meets the highest standard of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble custom desktop PCs based on customer specifications and budgets
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software
  • Test assembled systems to ensure full functionality before handover
  • Advise customers and sales staff on component compatibility and build recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe technical workspace
  • Keep track of repair jobs, parts used, and turnaround times

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PC assembly, repair, or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of PC components — CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage, cooling, PSUs, motherboards
  • Familiar with both Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • UAE visa required — visa will be provided by the company
