Full job description

Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the cafeteria, coffee shop, and pantry services, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, stock control, and smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise baristas, cafeteria attendants, waiters, and staff.
  • Manage daily coffee shop, cafeteria, and pantry operations.
  • Ensure proper preparation and service of coffee, tea, beverages, snacks, and refreshments.
  • Ensure coffee machines and all service equipment are clean and operational.
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, beverages, snacks, cups, and other consumables.
  • Control consumption, stock issuance, and wastage.
  • Prepare staff duty schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and customer service.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, HSE, and company requirements.
  • Submit daily consumption, stock, and operational reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a cafeteria, coffee shop, hotel, restaurant, or catering operation.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of coffee and beverage service.
  • Strong staff supervision and customer-service skills.
  • Good English communication and basic computer skills.
  • Willing to work at a site location in Abu Dhabi Western Region.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
