Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a specialty coffee shop, premium café, artisan bakery, or hospitality concept.
• Strong understanding of specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, brewing methods, and café operations.
• Experience leading multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
• Experience working within European, Australian, New Zealand, or internationally recognized specialty coffee brands will be highly regarded.
• Specialty coffee certifications (SCA or equivalent) are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate baristas and service staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of specialty coffee beverages in line with brand standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Support sales growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving business objectives.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
