Job Title: Website Full-Stack Developer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Company: Party Kracker LLC, a leading events company in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Website Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our web applications. The ideal candidate will handle both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless functionality, responsive design, and integration with third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage, maintain, and enhance the Party Kracker WordPress website, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.

· Add, update, and manage products, vendor listings, and content on the website in line witbusiness requirements.

· Optimize website performance, speed, security, and scalability to ensure the site runs at optimum capacity.

· Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates as required.

· Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.

· Integrate and maintain third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, and forms.

· Collaborate closely with the events, marketing, and operations teams to roll out new features, landing pages, and campaigns.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Maintain website backups, updates, and documentation while following best coding practices.

Skills & Expertise

· Proven experience as a WordPress Developer / Full-Stack Developer.

· Strong proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types, WooCommerce or similar).

· Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue knowledge is a plus).

· Back-end experience with PHP and basic understanding of Node.js or Python is an advantage.

· Experience with databases such as MySQL.

· Knowledge of website hosting, server management, and deployment.

· Strong understanding of website optimization, caching, and performance tools.

· Working knowledge of Git / version control systems.

· Graphic and design skills – ability to work with layouts, banners, basic creatives, and visual elements (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar).

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in WordPress and full-stack web development.

· Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, user-friendly websites.

· Experience working with marketplace, directory, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
