OUSIS Cleaning LLC is a professional cleaning company in Dubai, providing cleaning services for villas, apartments, residential buildings, and large-scale projects. We are looking for an experienced and organized Cleaning Supervisor to manage our cleaning teams, equipment, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites in Dubai.
• Organize daily schedules and assign tasks to cleaners.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure high cleaning standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.
• Coordinate with drivers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, machines, tools, and products.
• Anticipate shortages and ensure cleaning supplies are replenished on time.
• Regularly inspect cleaning machines and equipment to ensure they are working properly.
• Identify damaged or faulty equipment and arrange repairs or replacements when needed.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and returned after each job.
• Monitor the use of cleaning products and prevent unnecessary waste or damage.
• Handle on-site issues and report operational updates to management.
• Ensure client requirements are met and work is completed on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is required.
• Experience managing cleaning teams and multiple job sites.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods, machines, equipment, and products.
• Ability to manage inventory and anticipate operational needs.
• Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
