Cleaning Supervisor With Salary jobs in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, supervise cleaning staff, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Manage attendance, duty rosters, and leave schedules.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and raise requisitions when required.
• Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in UAE/GCC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and staff efficiently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
