Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily civil construction activities at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and workers for smooth execution of works.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization at site.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved method statements, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Check and maintain progress of civil works including excavation, RCC works, block works, plastering, finishing, and external works.
  • Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays to the Site Engineer/project Manager.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
  • Maintain daily site reports, work records, and productivity updates.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and company procedures.
  • Manage and guide labour teams and subcontractors at site.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5—10 years of experience as Civil Supervisor in construction projects.
  • Strong experience in building, villa, or high-end residential projects.
  • Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in supervising manpower and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site practices preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle site responsibilities independently.
  • RCC, concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing, and external works experience.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
