Civil Site Supervisor – Job Description

Position: Civil Site Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Construction / Fit-Out / Civil Works

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise daily civil construction activities, coordinate site workers and subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and Dubai Municipality Certificates requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and site workers.
  • Check levels, dimensions, materials and workmanship.
  • Monitor concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.
  • Ensure all site works comply with approved permits and Municipality requirements.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, defects or non-compliant work.
  • Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and progress updates.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site.
  • Monitor site safety, housekeeping and access requirements.
  • Follow up on inspection comments and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Support the Site Engineer/Project Manager in achieving project targets and deadlines.

Civil Site Supervisor – Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
  • Diploma holders will NOT be considered.
  • Valid Dubai Municipality certification – Mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE civil construction/site experience.
  • Must be able to read and understand structural/civil drawings.
  • Experience supervising civil works, subcontractors and site workers.
  • Knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
