Our commitment to excellence and safety has earned us a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Works Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction works on our projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site, including earthworks, foundations, structural works, and finishing works.- Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.- Monitor progress and productivity of subcontractors and provide guidance and support when needed.- Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and material submittals.- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, quality control records, and other project documentation.- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.- Liaise with project management, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of works.- Ensure that all works are completed within the allocated budget and schedule.- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team and subcontractors.- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and issues.- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a safe working environment on site.Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.- Experience in managing and supervising a team of construction workers.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management software.- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in civil construction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
