Civil Inspector jobs

Target Engineering Consultant is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to join our team for a project in Dubai South.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure civil works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Inspect structural, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Review and verify contractor's work inspection requests (WIRs).
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and approved materials.
• Identify and report any non-compliance or defective works.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other inspection teams.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain proper site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulations and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil inspection or site supervision.
• Previous experience with an Engineering Consultancy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures, WIRs, and QA/QC requirements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
