Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily construction site operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of laborers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and identify any issues that may affect project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, and work completed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain discipline on site.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing site labor and subcontractors.
  • UAE construction experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical qualifications are an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
