Full job description

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities.
  • Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Prepare and follow up on RFIs, inspections, material approvals, and technical submissions.
  • Identify and resolve site and technical issues in coordination with the project team.
  • Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain necessary site documentation.
  • Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant UAE construction experience, preferably in building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
  • Experience in coordinating consultants and subcontractors.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
