Full job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate female General Practitioner (GP) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and referrals when necessary. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and compliance with clinical standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform minor procedures, provide wound care, administer vaccinations, and conduct routine health screenings.
  • Health Promotion: Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
  • Referrals: Coordinate specialist referrals when required for further investigation or advanced care.
  • Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with DHA and clinic guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to DHA regulations, infection control protocols, and clinical best practices.

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility letter to practice in Dubai
  • 2–5 years of clinical experience post-internship (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proficient in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of medical conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced healthcare environment

Role Details

  • Working Hours: 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis
  • Benefits: Health insurance, visa sponsorship, annual leave

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
