Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Manage visitor registrations and issue visitor passes when required.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer bookings.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence.
• Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, reception, front desk, or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
