We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Wait Staff / Service Crew to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system
• Explain menu items, promotions, and meal options when required
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure orders are complete and presented according to company standards
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, counter, and service areas
• Support table clearing, cleaning, and basic restaurant preparation duties
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QSR, fast-food, café, or restaurant environment is preferred
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
• Basic cash-handling or POS experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn menu items and company service standards
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
