Position: Private Chef
Location: Emirates Hills, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Accommodation: Available (Live-In Option)
Role Type: Live-In / Live-Out (Both Options Available)
Salary Budget: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month

About the Role

A distinguished family based in Emirates Hills is seeking an experienced and refined Private Chef to manage all culinary requirements within their private residence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality, preferably from a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private household, or high-end hospitality environment, with the ability to deliver service and presentation standards comparable to a luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality daily meals for the family.
  • Specialize in Mediterranean and International cuisine, with the ability to curate diverse and seasonal menus.
  • Source premium ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization standards.
  • Accommodate dietary preferences and nutritional requirements as needed.
  • Plan and execute meals for family gatherings, private events, and special occasions.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and guest experience at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or in luxury hospitality establishments.
  • Background in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants, or private residences is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Mediterranean and International cuisines.
  • Excellent knowledge of food presentation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
  • Professional, discreet, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise).
