Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency, and compliance with hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
  • Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
  • Coordinate with Head Chef for daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment
  • Knowledge of international cuisine (experience in specialty coffee/F&B concepts is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
