  • Work with HR on recruitment, onboarding, attendance, discipline, and workforce planning.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

4. Delivery and Dispatch Management

  • Evaluate supplier quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.
  • Work with management and finance to negotiate suitable supplier terms.

6. Financial and Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor food costs, labour costs, delivery expenses, fuel usage, wastage, and other operating costs.
  • Review daily sales, order volume, refunds, discounts, cancellations, and payment discrepancies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting food quality or customer experience.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly operational reports to management.

7. Technology and Process Improvement

  • Oversee the operational use of ordering, payment, inventory, dispatch, and delivery systems.
  • Work with the technical team to resolve system issues affecting customers or operations.
  • Use operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new system features and automated processes.
  • Ensure operational records and customer information are accurate and confidential.

8. Compliance and Risk Management
