Position: Catering Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Catering Manager / Operations Manager / HR Department

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate daily catering operations, ensuring smooth food production, timely delivery, quality standards, hygiene, customer satisfaction, and effective staff management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily catering operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate food preparation, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery.
  • Allocate duties and shifts to catering staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
  • Ensure food is prepared according to approved menus, recipes, and quantities.
  • Check food quality, freshness, portion size, presentation, and packing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, vehicles, and catering areas.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, stores, delivery team, and management.
  • Ensure catering orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Monitor stock usage and report shortages, wastage, or damaged items.
  • Maintain proper records of production, dispatch, wastage, and staff attendance.
  • Handle customer requirements and report complaints to management.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of food and catering materials.
  • Monitor catering equipment and report maintenance requirements.
  • Train and guide staff on hygiene, safety, food handling, and company procedures.
  • Support management in controlling food costs and minimizing wastage.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: AED2,020.64 - AED4,805.31 per month
