Catering Supervisor jobs in Dubai

The Camp Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and welfare of camp facilities and residents. The role ensures that accommodation standards, hygiene, security, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day camp operations and accommodation activities
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
• Manage housekeeping, catering, laundry, and security services
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common spaces
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors or maintenance teams
• Monitor camp occupancy and maintain accurate records and reports
• Handle employee complaints, disputes, and camp-related issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
• Supervise camp staff and prepare duty schedules
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables
• Support emergency procedures and incident reporting when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Camp Supervisor, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar role
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp or facility operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and environments
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting, email)
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field
• Experience in labor camps or workforce accommodation
• HSE or First Aid certification is an advantage

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
