Full job description

We are looking for a confident and hands-on hospitality professional who can manage service flow, support the team, and maintain standards in a fast-paced dining and entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage your assigned section throughout service.
  • Lead floor operations directly, maintaining a strong presence on the restaurant floor.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures meet house standards every shift.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings and maintain service routines.
  • Identify and resolve guest concerns early, before they escalate into complaints.
  • Manage service timings, table turns, and table flow during busy periods.
  • Coach and develop waiters within your section on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Maintain consistent service standards and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a high-volume restaurant floor.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in busy and demanding service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills; English is essential, and Spanish is an advantage.
  • Confidence in POS systems, reservations, and cash handling.
  • Ability to maintain service standards through clear communication and professional leadership.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and activation nights.
