Catering Supervisor jobs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations and ensure exceptional food service standards. The successful candidate will lead catering staff, coordinate event operations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff during food preparation, service, and event setup.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day catering operations and timely service delivery.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assign duties effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
