Saffron Hospitality is looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Catering Sales Executive – Outdoor Catering to join our growing team in Dubai.

At Saffron Hospitality, we deliver high-quality catering experiences for a wide range of events, from corporate functions and private celebrations to weddings, gala dinners, and large-scale events across the UAE. We are looking for someone who can help us expand our client base, strengthen our market presence, and drive the continued growth of our outdoor catering division.

What You’ll Do

• Actively identify, target, and secure new B2B and B2C business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and private customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop creative and customized catering proposals based on client requirements and event objectives.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Drive business across corporate events, weddings, gala dinners, private functions, social occasions, and large-scale catering opportunities.
• Work closely with our culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure every event is planned and executed seamlessly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, event budgets, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor event profitability and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Represent Saffron Hospitality at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the UAE catering and events industry.
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives that support lead generation and business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within high-end catering, hospitality, events, or a luxury service environment in the UAE.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• An established network of corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and private clients across the UAE will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in outdoor catering or large-scale event sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, event budgets, and managing commercial discussions.
• A proactive, confident, and target-driven personality with a genuine passion for sales and hospitality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requirements and events simultaneously.
