  • Plan and coordinate on- and off-site catering events from enquiry to execution
  • Liaise with clients, kitchen team, and external suppliers
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, equipment, and staffing requirements
  • Brief and support the team on each event's specific requirements
  • Maintain client relationships and develop new event opportunities
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all off-site activations
  • Be pro-active, self-starter, with an ambition to learn, develop and grow
