Job Summary

The Outdoor Catering Waiter provides friendly, efficient service to guests at outdoor events such as weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and private gatherings. This role supports the catering team with setup, food and beverage service, guest support, and end-of-event breakdown while maintaining high cleanliness, safety, and service standards in outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide courteous, professional service throughout the event.
  • Assist with outdoor setup, including table/seat arrangement, linens, utensils, condiments, signage, and service stations.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately according to event orders and dietary requirements.
  • Refill beverages and support guests as needed in a timely manner.
  • Clear tables and remove used dishes/cutlery while keeping service areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene practices (proper handling, cleanliness, and waste disposal).
  • Monitor and maintain outdoor service stations (e.g., keeping items covered/protected, reporting low stock).
  • Assist with guest requests, addressing issues calmly and escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Support with load-in/load-out, setup breakdown, and general event cleanup.
  • Follow all company policies, dress code, and safety procedures for outdoor work.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
