Carpenter Foreman – Job Description Position: Carpenter Foreman Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and joinery workers. Read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings. Plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Ensure all carpentry and joinery work meets quality standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and Production Manager. Check measurements, material requirements, and workmanship. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area. Train and guide carpenters to improve productivity and skills. Report daily progress, delays, and material shortages. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in carpentry/joinery, with at least 2 years as a foreman. Strong knowledge of woodworking, furniture, cabinets, doors, and fit-out works. Ability to read technical drawings and manage site execution. Leadership and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
