Full job description

We are looking for a positive, patient, and highly organized Personal Assistant who is eager to grow with our company for the long term. This is not just another job—we are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and becoming a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients professionally.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements.
  • Research and recommend the best value hotels, flights, and travel options.
  • Find smarter and more cost-effective solutions for day-to-day business needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Suggest marketing ideas and business growth opportunities.
  • Communicate with suppliers, partners, and clients when required.
  • Help organize daily priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with excellent patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
  • Good communication skills in English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with our company.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is an asset.
