Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day operations of our labor accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment while maintaining discipline and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the labor camp and ensure smooth camp management.
  • Maintain discipline among residents and ensure compliance with camp rules and company policies.
  • Coordinate worker transportation schedules with the relevant departments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to camp occupancy, maintenance, and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations within the camp.
  • Coordinate with the HR, Logistics, and Operations departments regarding room allocation and camp facilities.
  • Monitor the condition of accommodation and arrange maintenance as required.
  • Identify and coordinate alternative accommodation when necessary.
  • Address employee accommodation concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar camp administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor camp management and UAE health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Location: Abu Dhabi ( Western Region)
