We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent – Sharjah, UAE
FATORAH Insurance Claims Settlement is looking for a customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team in UAE.
The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with clients regarding their requests
- Record call details and update customer information in the system
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Meet daily performance and quality targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the medical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
