Head Barista Cum Trainer for a well known specialty coffee Brand in Abu Dhabi , to manage all the new Barista Training and Ensure Coffee quality is maintained and its best quality always,

Ensure all Barista are following company standard, and following all recipe all the team.

Ensure that coffee machine and Grinder are done perfectly.

Have worked before same position and have experience in implementation of coffee recipe and standard.

always have a proper schedule of coffee equipment maintenance and cleaning schedule

Help and support in developing Barista skills and performance development.
