Full job description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Barista to join our premium Billiards Lounge & Café in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, specialty beverages, teas, and other drinks.
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
  • Good knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Must be available to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a plus.
