Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and energetic Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Refill stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Promote menu items and recommend products to customers.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
