We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the store team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, motivate, and support store staff to achieve performance and sales goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate store performance to management.
• Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures, and daily reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory control and stock management.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
