SHOP ASSISTANT

Location: Butter & Bread Bakery – Mushrif Branch, Abu Dhabi

Salary & Benefits
- AED 2,500 + Monthly Bonus
- 10 Hours per Day
- 1 Day Off per Week
- Visa
- Medical Insurance Provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing payments, operating the POS system, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workstations, dining area, and restrooms.
- Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and replenishing ingredients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista, Cashier, Shop Assistant, or in a similar café, bakery, or juice shop role in the UAE.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS systems.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for coffee, bakery products, and delivering excellent customer service.
