Designation: Operations Manager

* Reduce customer complaints to fewer than 3 complaints per month.

* Develop and implement SOPs for all internal and external operations.

* Organize and standardize all employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.

* Create SOPs for internal staff communication and workflow.

* Build a clear organizational structure with defined roles and responsibilities for every position.

* Compile all SOPs into one comprehensive Operations Manual.

* Prepare SOPs for customer communication over the phone and vehicle order-taking.

* Develop a complete training manual with Do’s & Don’ts, supported by illustrative photos and practical examples.
