We are seeking an experienced and reliable Private Chef to prepare healthy, high-quality Asian and Japanese meals for a private family. The chef will be responsible for planning nutritious weekly menus, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and ensuring meals are suitable for both children and adults while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Planning

  • Create weekly menus featuring Asian and Japanese cuisine.
  • Plan balanced, nutritious meals suitable for children and adults.
  • Introduce a variety of dishes while considering the family's preferences.
  • Adjust menus based on seasonal ingredients and special requests.

Meal Preparation

  • Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Cook fresh meals from scratch using high-quality ingredients.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and lunch boxes for the children when required.
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, or nutritional requirements.

Children's Nutrition

  • Plan age-appropriate meals that are nutritious and appealing.
  • Ensure meals include a balance of protein, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats.
  • Introduce new ingredients and dishes suitable for children's development.

Training & Development

  • Train the current house cook to prepare the family's preferred Asian and Japanese dishes to the required standard.
  • Establish standard recipes, cooking procedures, and menu plans to ensure consistency even when the Private Chef is not on duty.
  • Work collaboratively with the house cook and household staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Pay: From AED400.00 per day
