Full job description

A growing, multi-outlet food & beverage brand is looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our outlets. This is not a back-office role — you’ll be on the floor leading your team, holding standards, and running the store as if it were your own business. You’ll be accountable for the store’s performance, its people, its numbers, and the guest experience, every single shift.

Your responsibilities

People & leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop the team; identify and grow your next shift leaders
  • Build the weekly roster so every shift is properly covered open to close
  • Set the standard for service and conduct, and address performance gaps fairly and quickly

Operations & standards

  • Run opening, closing and daily operations to SOP across all stations (front and back of house)
  • Hold speed, quality and cleanliness standards through peak trade

Sales & cost control

  • Own the store’s sales targets and drive performance
  • Manage labour to the staffing plan and protect margin
  • Control food and beverage cost and waste

Stock & ordering

  • Own stock counts, par levels, ordering and supplier coordination
  • Keep stock variance within target with no recurring discrepancies

Customer experience

  • Own the guest experience; handle complaints and turn them around
  • Build a store guests want to come back to

Compliance & food safety

  • Own food-safety and HACCP compliance, allergen handling and cleaning schedules; pass audits

Cash, reporting & systems

  • Own cash handling, daily reconciliation and the end-of-day report
  • Use the POS and sales data to make decisions and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • at least 4 years running a café, restaurant or QSR outlet (or a strong assistant manager ready to step up)
  • Track record in stock, cash and cost control, and in developing and promoting team members

Skills & knowledge

  • POS and cash reconciliation; stock, par levels and ordering; food safety / HACCP
  • Roster and labour management, with solid commercial numeracy

  • A genuine developer of people — coaches and builds the team rather than doing everything alone

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
