Cabin Crew jobs

We are seeking a highly professional, attentive, and dynamic Yacht Steward/Stewardess to join our crew on a luxury charter yacht. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service to our high-profile guests. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The Yacht Steward/Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the yacht, and supporting the overall operations of the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
• Serve meals and beverages with precision and elegance
• Assist with planning and organizing guest activities and events on board
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the yacht
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the yacht is in pristine condition at all times
• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and beverages
• Assist in provisioning and stocking the yacht before and during charters
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and crew
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to guests’ privacy and personal information

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stewardess or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury environments such as yachts, private jets, or high-end hotels
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including bartending skills
• Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watch-keeping for Seafarers) certification is a plus
