CNC OPERATOR – IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT

Position: CNC Operator
Employment Type: Permanent & Full-Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month, depending on experience
Incentive: Attractive incentive program based on performance

We are a Fit-Out and Furniture Manufacturing Company based in Sharjah, UAE, looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Operator to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines for furniture, joinery and fit-out production.
  • Read and understand technical drawings, layouts and CNC files.
  • Prepare and set up CNC machines for accurate cutting, routing, drilling and engraving.
  • Work with MDF, plywood, acrylic and other related materials.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and minimum material wastage.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to complete jobs as per requirements.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in furniture, joinery or fit-out manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of ArtCAM, VCarve, Aspire, AlphaCAM or other CNC/CAM software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to prepare and work with CNC-ready files such as DXF/DWG.
  • Good understanding of measurements, dimensions and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
