CNC Machine Operator jobs in Dubai Free Zone

We are hiring a skilled CNC Turning / Milling / Lathe Machinist – Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high-quality machining standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Turning, Milling, and Lathe machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Perform precision measurements using measuring instruments.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, or CNC Setter.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Turning, Milling, and Lathe operations.
• Understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to AED 5,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Important Note

Shortlisted candidates must attend a practical machining test at the company premises as part of the selection process.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
