Hiring: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Theme Crafters Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and producing high-quality components with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and production specifications.
  • Prepare machine settings, tooling, and workpieces before production.
  • Produce components according to approved dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
  • Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Identify machining defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, and QA/QC teams to resolve machining and production issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist with other workshop activities when required to support production.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC machines in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.
  • Experience machining steel, aluminum, wood, plastics, or other fabrication materials.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
  • Willing to work overtime or support other production activities whenever required.
