Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Function: Finance Strategy, Real Estate Planning & Systems

Role Purpose

Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for the company's real estate portfolio, while leading ERP implementation initiatives to strengthen finance systems and reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Strategy & Planning

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for real estate acquisitions, leases, and capital projects

Conduct site/project-level ROI, feasibility, and cost-benefit analysis

Track portfolio performance against budget; flag variances and risks to CFO

Support decision-making on buy vs. lease, expansion, and renewal decisions

Build dashboards and MIS reports for real estate spend and performance

Finance Strategy & Business Planning

Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning cycles

Prepare scenario models and sensitivity analysis for key business decisions

Benchmark costs and performance against industry/market standards

Present strategic recommendations and insights directly to CFO

ERP Implementation

Act as finance-side project lead for ERP implementation/upgrades

Gather requirements from finance and real estate teams, translate into system specs

Coordinate with IT/implementation partners on rollout, testing, and go-live

Design finance workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures within the ERP

Train finance/real estate teams on new system processes

Ensure data migration accuracy and post-implementation support

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) — required

3-6 years post-qualification experience in FP&A, strategy, or business finance

Prior exposure to real estate finance/planning preferred

Experience with ERP implementation or system transitions (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a strong plus

Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; PowerBI/Tableau familiarity a plus

Excellent stakeholder management — will interact directly with CFO and cross-functional teams

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
