Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Draftsman with strong MEP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across architectural, interior, and landscape projects.

You will play a key role in preparing, coordinating, and updating technical drawings to ensure seamless execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed as-built drawings for both interior and landscape works
  • Convert hand sketches, PDFs, and conceptual designs into technical drawings.
  • Develop and update drawings based on design inputs and site conditions
  • Create MEP layouts for architectural, interior, and landscape works.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams for clarifications.
  • Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority regulations and standards
  • Review and incorporate site feedback into drawings.
  • Identify clash detection and coordinate solutions with design and site teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and drawing records throughout the life cycle of the project.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in HVAC and MEP drafting for residential/commercial fit-out and landscape projects
  • Solid understanding of landscape MEP systems, including irrigation, outdoor lighting, drainage, and water features
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (essential)
  • Knowledge of UAE codes, regulations, and authority submissions
  • Ability to read and interpret design sketches and technical drawings
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
  • Site experience and understanding of execution processes
  • Knowledge of Revit or BIM workflows is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
