Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISM are

preferred.

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience Management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA, APRA, Central Bank

guidelines).

• Proven track record of leading business continuity and resilience initiatives in financial services

sector.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated success in supporting branch performance and growth initiatives.
• Strong experience in customer relationship management and sales support.
