About the Role

We are a founder-led group of businesses spanning the food, automotive, and events space. We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Marketing Specialist to take ownership of marketing execution and strategy across all our brands — from a healthy food concept and meal plan division to a performance workshop and a trackday events platform, with new ventures in the pipeline.

You will work directly with the founder, manage our external creative agency, and be the person who makes things happen across every brand. This is not a corporate role with one focus — it requires someone who can context-switch, think strategically, and still roll up their sleeves to get content out the door.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain marketing strategies for each brand, tailored to their audience, goals, and growth stage
  • Build go-to-market plans for new business launches and ensure each brand has a clear content and campaign calendar
  • Identify opportunities across all brands to cross-promote and leverage shared audiences

Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our external creative agency
  • Brief the agency clearly, review deliverables against brand guidelines, and hold them accountable to deadlines and quality
  • Translate the founder's vision into actionable briefs that the agency can execute without back and forth

Content & Social Media

  • Own the social media presence across all brands on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring each brand posts consistently and with purpose
  • Produce basic in-house content — captions, stories, reels concepts, and lightweight design work — coordinating with outsourced photographers and videographers for larger shoots
  • Monitor performance, analyse what works, and continuously improve content quality and engagement

Influencer & PR

  • Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers across food, fitness, automotive, and lifestyle verticals
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing through to posting and performance review
  • Develop and execute PR outreach to build brand visibility across all ventures
  • Spot opportunities for press coverage, partnerships, and collaborations

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee and optimise presence across Google, SEO, and email marketing channels
  • Work with the agency or independently to ensure campaigns are tracked, measured, and delivering results
  • Maintain and grow email marketing lists across brands and execute regular campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a multi-brand, startup, or agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage an external agency — briefing, reviewing, and pushing for quality
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, SEO, and email marketing
  • Ability to think strategically and execute independently without constant direction
  • Basic design skills — comfortable using Canva or similar tools for day-to-day content needs
  • Strong written English and copywriting ability across different brand voices
  • Experience with influencer outreach and PR coordination
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the brands like they are your own
  • A portfolio or examples of previous work across social media, campaigns, or content is required with your application
