Full job description

To manage brand performance, sales, BAs, and store activities while ensuring regular market follow-up across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Manage and develop assigned brands in retail stores.
  • Monitor BA performance and support them in achieving targets.
  • Train and guide BAs on products, sales, and brand standards.
  • Check store displays, planograms, stock, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor promotions, activations, and other sales activities.
  • Visit stores regularly and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare simple sales reports and business reviews for management.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand sales.
  • Coordinate with store teams and ensure proper brand execution.
  • Conduct regular market visits across Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and other UAE locations.

Market Visit Requirement

  • Minimum 1 market visit per week.
  • Additional visits may be required during peak periods.
  • The role requires regular travel across the UAE.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Retail, Sales, or Commercial Operations.
  • Retail/store experience is preferred.
  • Experience in managing and training BAs.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales and retail operations.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Own car is mandatory.
  • Willing to travel across the UAE.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
