Job Description:
The Game Host is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for guests while operating arcade games or attractions. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting players, and ensuring all games run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and energetic attitude.
  • Explain game rules, pricing, and how to play.
  • Assist customers with game cards and gameplay.
  • Ensure all games are functioning properly and report issues.
  • Encourage guest participation and create an exciting atmosphere.
  • Monitor the area to ensure safety and fairness during play.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area.
  • Support team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge in party hosting
