Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The AutoCAD Drafter will play a critical role in the creation of shop drawings, design development drawings, and cutting lists for superyacht interiors. This is a full-time on-site position where you will collaborate with a dedicated team to bring design concepts to life and ensure the highest standards in yacht interior fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings, design development drawings, and cutting lists based on design specifications and sketches.
• Analyze design sketches, image references, and specifications to create accurate design or shop drawings.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all drawings are aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
• Work with different team members to ensure timely and accurate production of drawings for yacht interior projects.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project guidelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD software effectively, including managing layers, Xref, and Dynamic Blocks for accurate and organized drafting.
• Assist in the overall design process, offering insights to improve designs and streamline production.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with AutoCAD, including familiarity with Layer Manager, Xref, and Dynamic Blocks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret design sketches, reference images, and specifications to create precise drawings.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in creating shop drawings, design development drawings, and cutting lists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in yacht interior fit-out or high-end furniture manufacturing is a plus.
