Company: Aesthetic and Medical Device Company

We are looking for a scientifically educated and highly organized Product Support & Education Coordinator to support our distributors, clinics, doctors, and internal sales team across our aesthetic medicine product portfolio.

The role involves client support, product education, online training sessions, preparation of educational materials, and support for distributor onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a background in pharmacy, biomedical science, biology, nursing, cosmetic science, or a related field, with strong communication skills and an interest in aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to product-related questions from clients, distributors, and sales representatives.
Host online product education sessions for clinics, distributors, and internal team members.
Learn and explain products, including mesotherapy, fillers, PRP, regenerative products, and device-related solutions.
Prepare and update product FAQs, training slides, protocol guides, and support materials.
Assist in onboarding new distributors and sales representatives.
Support the sales team with scientific explanations, product positioning, and educational content.
Coordinate educational webinars and training follow-ups.
Maintain organized product knowledge files and ensure materials are up to date.
Escalate complex medical, regulatory, or technical questions to management when needed.

Requirements

Master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, pharmacy (PharmD), biomedical science, or related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable presenting online and speaking with healthcare professionals.
Interest in aesthetic medicine, skincare, injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and medical devices.
Ability to simplify scientific information for commercial and educational use.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Drive, or similar tools.
Previous experience in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices, dermatology, or clinic training is a plus.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
